At first I thought this was going to work out great, but wow, my kid outgrew the settings way faster than I expected. It’s just not as adjustable as I hoped, which got annoying quickly.

The seat felt "hard," and my toddler kept crying every time I tried to put them in it. Definitely wasn’t a comfortable fit for us.

I got a smartrike thinking the higher price meant it’d feel a lot nicer, but i’m not really seeing it. It’s fine, I guess, but definitely not as sturdy or premium as I expected, and a few parts feel kinda flimsy.

For what it costs, I was expecting smoother wheels, an easier fold, and just a more solid build overall. Instead, it feels like something that should be priced way lower.

My kid still uses it, so it’s not a total waste, but the value for money just isn’t there. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I bought a SmarTrike putting it together was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions didn’t feel very clear, and a few steps seemed like they were missing details or assuming you already knew what to do. I had to take parts apart and redo them a couple of times because things just weren’t lining up right. For a kids’ trike, it ended up taking way longer than it should have. Something feels off about how the assembly is explained, and it definitely wasn’t the smooth setup I was hoping for.

I was really excited to get my order, so the late shipping was disappointing. At first I was just annoyed, then I tried to be patient, but I kept checking the tracking and getting frustrated all over again. The product eventually showed up, which was a relief, but the wait definitely took away from the experience.

I really liked how the trike looked when we first got it, but after a few weeks, you start noticing little things going wrong. Some parts felt loose, and the wheels began making noise. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. disappointing.

This was such bad timing because my kid was super excited to try it, and then right away the trike felt wobbly even on regular pavement. It tipped a little when turning, which really scared them and made me nervous too. I checked the setup twice thinking maybe I rushed it, but it still didn’t feel sturdy. For something meant for little kids, I expected it to feel a lot more secure. We won’t be using it again

The steering feels bad, especially when trying to get around corners. I expected it to be smoother, but it just feels awkward and frustrating. What a joke.

It says it folds up, and yeah it does, but it’s still bulky and awkward to deal with. I thought it’d be easier to chuck in the car boot, but it doesn’t really fit that smoothly. Storing it at home is a bit of a hassle too.

We had a problem with our smarTrike after only using it for a short time, so I reached out thinking the warranty would be straightforward. I’ve dealt with warranty claims for other kids’ products before and usually it’s a bit slow but gets sorted, so I wasn’t expecting anything too difficult.
Unfortunately, customer service took ages to respond, and when they finally did, the replies felt like copy-and-paste answers. I sent photos and the order details more than once, but kept getting passed around with no real solution. It was frustrating, especially when it’s something you bought for your child and just want fixed. I wouldn’t buy from them again.
